It never ceases to amaze me the number of people I meet who think they can work long hours, eat poorly, never exercise and yet still benefit from good health.  Anything of value takes effort.  If you would like a good marriage, a close walk with the Lord, deep relationships with your children, a profitable business or a healthy life, you will need to put in effort.
